Useful Charts has a lot of cool wall charts on a variety of topics.
Muir Way has a lot of great maps of a zillion kinds. Some ideas:

Perrin Remonté designs and sells beautiful maps, especially what he calls “Riviéres Arborescentes”. Granted, they’re hard to read because everything’s in French.
World Maps Online says their top sellers are world maps, but those seem best for classrooms. However, their historical maps are really cool and vintage looking.
